If you purchase pre-owned merchandise from eStarland, we will repair or return the item at no cost to you and refund any associated shipping costs to your eStarland account. For defective items, please contact us and we'll assist you promptly. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number before merchandise can be returned to eStarland. Please note that eStarland is not responsible for items damaged either in transit or due to customer misuse.
