The ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) is an organization that assigns video game titles ratings pertaining to their appropriate age groups. ESRB ratings consist of two parts:
1. The Rating Symbol can be found on the front of the game's packaging as well as on the game's description page on our site. This symbol indicates the recommended age group for the game based on its content.
2. Content Descriptors can be found on the back of a game's packaging. These terms denote content in games that may be of concern to parents, such as strong violence or suggestive situations. ESRB video game ratings function similarly to MPAA movie ratings. It's important to note that ESRB ratings only designate the suggested gamer age. Ultimately, it is at the discretion of the parent to determine a game's suitability for their child.

Unfortunately, eStarland does not offer price matching.

A preordered item is an item that has not yet been released by its manufacturer. Preordering an item is the best way to ensure you receive a copy of the item upon release. We ship out preordered items on their release date. You will not be charged for preordered items until their release date. All product prices are subject to change without notice.
A release date is the day that a manufacturer chooses to release a product. Release dates are subject to change at the manufacturer's discretion. eStarland updates release dates daily and will keep you informed of any changes. If you have preordered an item and its release date changes, you will receive an email from eStarland updating you on the matter.
eStarland works hard to ship out all preorders on the date of their release. If your order contains a preorder that will not be available within two weeks of the other items in your order, the order will be split into separate shipments. Please note that split orders will incur a separate shipping fee.
International preorders will be billed to the credit card on the order within 30 days of the date you place a preorder, regardless of the actual product release date, in order to comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security standards.
A backordered item is an item that is currently out of stock for any reason. We will send backordered items as soon as they are available. No charge is made for backordered items until they are shipped.
The wait time for backorders varies depending on the item in question. If a title is popular and still being manufactured, the wait time is likely to be only a few days. If the title is rare or out of production, the wait time may be significantly longer.
Backorders are shipped separately as they become available. There are no extra fees for split shipping regarding backordered items. To get the most recent information regarding a specific title, please place your name on the title’s waitlist.
If you do not wish to wait for the backordered item, please contact us to cancel the order. If you do not cancel the item, the order will remain active and we will ship out the backordered item as normal.
Despite our expansive inventory, some items may be out of stock. If an item is sold out, you can place your name on the title's waitlist. As soon as we receive a waitlisted item, we automatically notify everyone on the waitlist. Waitlisted titles are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a used game becomes unavailable, it may be difficult to get back in stock. If you are looking for a pre-owned copy of a game that is unavailable, we suggest using the “notify me” feature to be added to the product’s waitlist. Waitlisted titles are offered for sale on a first-come, first-served basis.
Some especially unique or rare items may not be listed on our website. If you cannot find a specific item on our website, please contact us and we will happily let you know if we have that item in stock.
To purchase products deemed inappropriate for minors, such as titles with ESRB ratings of "Mature (M)" or "Adult Only (AO)", you must be 18 years or older and present a valid form of identification.
